To make everything seamless, here’s how the proposal process unfolds:

1. Choosing the Location
Together, we’ll find the perfect spot. If you’re considering parks or public spaces in Melbourne, you may need a permit — I’ll help guide you through this. Don’t know the area? I’ll suggest beautiful locations, or have a look below for some ideas!

2. The Exact Spot
Once the location is confirmed, you’ll choose the precise spot where you’ll propose. This helps me position myself discreetly and capture every moment perfectly.

3. Timing
We’ll discuss the best time of day — and how to coordinate it around any  plans like a lunch, dinner, or surprise activity.

4. Communication
Email works best initially. As the day gets closer, WhatsApp or text ensures fast, easy communication without giving anything away.

5. Selfie & Details
On the day, send me a quick selfie or a description of your outfits. This helps me identify you instantly so I’m ready the moment you arrive. I will also send you a selfie so you know what I will be wearing.

6. Capturing the Moment
I’ll stay hidden and out of sight until you drop to one knee… then I’ll come in close to capture reactions, emotions, and every beautiful detail.

7. Post-Proposal Portraits
After the “yes,” we’ll spend some time creating gorgeous, editorial portraits to celebrate the moment.
